Rory Hunter
Chief Executive Officer
Rory has a proven track record as a business founder, owner and executive in Australia and Southeast Asia.
He has been involved in property development for the past 11 years, including Australia and most recently Cambodia, where the pace of economic growth prompted him to co-found Brocon in 2005.
Prior to founding Brocon, Rory had a successful career in advertising and held senior management positions in some of the world's top agencies including Saatchi and Saatchi.
Rory is also a Director of the International School of Phnom Penh and is an avid sailor and skier.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University.

Melita Hunter
Creative Director
Melita has extensive experience in design, including interiors, landscapes and organic sculpture. Prior to co-founding Brocon she ran successful studios in Sydney and Auckland and has worked with brands including Zambesi, Akira, Space Furniture, Guerlain, Mercedes Australian Fashion Week, and Australian House & Garden.
Merging innovative materials with a rich, unique touch, Melita brings her own distinct creative style and modern touch to every Brocon development.

Jo-Anne Kondrat
General Manager and Chief Financial Officer
Jo-Anne joined Brocon as finance director in 2007. Previously, Jo-Anne was the general manager of an international electricity provider servicing the Cambodian market.
After relocating from the company's head office in Canada, Jo-Anne set about bringing the local office up to international standards in accounting, reporting and corporate governance.
With annual turnover of over $US20 million, she was responsible for budgeting and reporting to the board of directors in the US and Canada, including financial and operating performance, and variance analysis. She also dealt with filings with the Securities Commission and Stock Exchange and the preparation and supervision of annual audits.
Having spent more than eight years in Cambodia, Jo-Anne has critical experience in dealing with government ministries.

Philippe Riant
Project Manager
Having worked for 17 years with hotel giant Starwood under their Sheraton brand as an engineer and Technical Services Director throughout Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean, Philippe brings unparalleled technical experience to all of Brocon's projects. Most recently, Philippe was Director of Technical Services at Per Aquum Resorts overseeing their iconic island developments in the Maldives and Seychelles. He has broad experience in every phase of a resort's lifecycle, from conception and design to construction and management and is a specialist in small, ultra luxury island resort development and operations.
Philippe is a graduate of Brevet de Technicien Superieur with a Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Seth Hoeger
Operations Manager
Prior to joining Brocon, Seth spent 12 years with international US-based shipping and freight company UPS working as a financial analyst and administrative manager and is a specialist in systems design and process management. He reads, writes and speaks Khmer fluently, allowing him to efficiently manage the daily operations of Brocon's Cambodian projects. He also plays an important role in building relationships with local authorities and officials, a critical part of doing business in Southeast Asia.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
Dana Taylor
Property Manager
Dana manages all of Brocon's Phnom Penh French Colonial apartments and has maintained a 100% occupancy rate since joining the company. His attention to detail ensures every property is carefully managed and maintained and that investor returns are maximised.
Dana has managed projects for international brands including NASCAR, Michelin Tire and Gillette.
Bart Kluskens
Conservation Advisor
Bart has taken up the critical role of helping conserve the natural assets that underpin Brocon's Song Saa Private Island off the Cambodian coast. He takes a hands-on approach to managing the marine park surrounding the resort, monitoring marine and terrestrial species and water quality.
He also manages Brocon's community support program, which aims to create a sustainable future for local families, and liaises with government and NGOs to encourage responsible coastal development.
He is the co-founder of Cambodia's first non-profit marine conservation organization, which has a focus on protecting crucial marine ecosystems, and worked with WWF's Mekong dolphin program. He also offers technical advice to the Cambodian government's fisheries conservation department.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Toxicology from Larenstein University and Marine Biology/Ecology from State University of New York.
Panha Mao
Logistics Manager
Entering his fourth year with Brocon, Panha's chief responsibility is the procurement of materials, fixtures and fittings for all Brocon projects. In addition to his many responsibilities Panha is instrumental as company liaison with the Royal Government of Cambodia and its various Ministries.
He also served as Procurement Officer for the N.I.P.H with the Ministry of Health, Cambodia.
Panha holds a B.A. in Business Administration, and a B.A. in English Literature.
